Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is a part-time position responsible for a wide range of marketing and project-pursuit activities. This position works closely with the Business Development lead to create, assemble, and organize RFQ/RFP Responses as well as interview prep and material creation, marketing brochures, social media posts, website maintenance, photo procurement, special interest pieces, event planning, branding, and general marketing activities. Many of these activities occur under unknown or short-notice timelines so flexibility and willingness to work extra hours as needed is a necessity.
Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities & Activities
Create content, responses, and materials as needed to respond to the required questions of an RFQ/RFP, AIA305, brochure, etc. Create & assemble the entire deliverable.
Work independently with a sense of urgency to take an RFQ/RFP, brochure, and activity as far as possible before submitting it to the Business Development lead for review and further development
Develop and create presentation materials, handouts, boards/charts, and other deliverables for interviews and presentations
Update all marketing information in a reasonable time frame including photography, project-specific brochures, industry sector brochures, website posts, social media posts, etc.
Help plan, coordinate, and attend special events such as conventions/trade shows, industry events/conferences, client events, and in-house planned activities
Prepare, including all content development such as photos, charts, graphics, responses/narratives, proofreading/editing, and final compilation of award submissions
Manage project/team member photography (procurement, enhancement & organization/storage)
Seek out and secure client testimonials
